Yoga practice emphasis placed on restorative health through proper guidance of meditation, movement and breathing techniques. Must have experience teaching all ages and fitness levels with ability and commitment to inspire and engage participants ensuring their safety, proper movement, breathing and monitoring exertion levels of participants for optimal enjoyment and success.
