About the Client:

This client is a large, veteran owned manufacturing client in Shasta County. 

About the Position:

We are seeking experienced welders.

 

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

Preparing metals to be welded: Cutting, fitting, measuring, prepping

Reading prints and drawings

Quality checks – weld quality and tolerance

 

Qualifications:

Certifications preferred but long term experience accepted: SMAW, GMAW, MIG, TIG, or FCAW Welding certificate

Mathematical skills including fractions

Reading tape measure

Forklift/hoist experience preferred

 

Shift:

4 10-hour shifts per week; 3 day weekends (with Friday as over-time possible)

Compensation:

$18-$25 depending on experience
