Job Description

Trevelino / Keller, a digital PR and marketing firm, seeks a Web Developer / Designer with a demonstrated portfolio and 3-6+ years of web and graphic design experience. This position primarily involves building and maintaining websites within the WordPress CMS; however, a strong understanding of traditional design skills is also essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in web design and brand identity, with proficiency in Adobe CC. Qualifications and Skills 3-6+ years of professional experience, preferably in an agency setting. Strong visual design skills, including typography, composition, and color theory. Basic understanding of user experience design and SEO practices. Experience creating sitemaps, wireframes, task flows, and navigation flows. Extensive experience with WordPress, especially within the Divi theme; familiarity with Elementor and WPBakery is a plus. Experience with web hosting setup and website migration, particularly with WP Engine. Knowledge of ADA compliance and web accessibility best practices. Familiarity with marketing platforms like Hubspot, Mailchimp, and Salesforce/MarketingCloud. Experience with Figma, including prototyping. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs, especially Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign and Premiere are helpful. Experience with other CMS platforms such as Webflow and Drupal is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality. Creativity, enthusiasm, a good sense of humor, and team spirit. Responsibilities Client and Team Service The Web Developer / Designer supports both the Creative Studios team and client teams. Effective and professional communication with clients and team members is essential, along with workload and deadline management. A professional presence in front of clients is also required.
