• Key Responsibilities:
• - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. - Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude. - Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after each service. - Process payments and provide accurate change. - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. - Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials. - Follow all health and safety regulations.
