RN – Nurse Educator

 

 

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Educator to support clinical education and staff development within the hospital setting. The Nurse Educator will provide hands-on training, competency assessments, and professional development for nursing staff while promoting evidence-based clinical practice and excellence in patient care.

 

Requirements:

• Active New York State RN License
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience
• 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience (required)
• Strong clinical background with the ability to mentor and educate diverse nursing teams

Schedule & Expectations:

• Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Collaborates with clinical leaders to design and implement educational programs supporting staff competency and quality care initiatives
