Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

\n\n

Job Details:

\n

• Work in a 2-room cardiac catheterization lab with 1 EP/Cath room and 1 Cath Lab
\n• Handle approximately 4 cases per day
\n• Minimum 2 years of experience required
\n• First-time travelers accepted
\n• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures using femoral and radial approaches
\n• Experience with IFR, FFR, and balloon pumps required
\n• Work with temporary pacers and balloon pumps
\n• Participate in 24/7, 365 STEMI Program
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT or RCIS; ACLS preferred
\n• Float only between rooms in the department and pre-op area
\n• Work with EMR system EPIC, Hemodynamic system Maclab, IV Pump Alaris, Med dispensing Pyxis, and GE C-arms
\n• Must maintain team environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and work well with interdisciplinary teams
\n• Expected to teach and educate others
\n• Scrub colors provided
\n• Free parking available in parking lot

This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center featuring a Level III Trauma Center, Level III NICU, and Primary Stroke Center with 72 beds. The cardiac catheterization lab provides advanced cardiovascular services with support from receptionist/HUC, respiratory therapy, and hospitalist services. The facility maintains state-of-the-art technology and equipment to support complex cardiac procedures and interventions.
