Location: Owasso, OK
Pay: $18–$25 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Description
HireCall is seeking a skilled Structural Fitter/Welder to join a manufacturing team in Owasso, OK. This position focuses on structural fabrication and welding for mufflers used in power plants and gas turbine power generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on fitting and welding experience with a strong attention to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Perform structural fitting and welding on carbon steel and stainless steel
Fabricate components according to blueprints and drawings
Accurately read and use a tape measure
Identify and differentiate between various metals
Assist in the fabrication and assembly of structural components
Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely
Maintain high-quality weld standards and workmanship
Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines
Successfully complete a weld test:
T-Plate uphill weld
Lay flat for stack weld
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of structural fitter/welder experience
Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel
Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
Comfortable operating overhead cranes and forklifts
Drug screen required
Preferred Qualifications
Welding certification or related technical training
Experience fabricating mufflers for power plants or gas turbines
