We’re looking for a dynamic Market Manager to lead our Austin branch — someone who knows staffing inside and out, thrives on building strong teams and client relationships, and is ready to drive growth in a critical market.

Core Focus Areas:

1️⃣ Grow the Austin market through sales & operations

Market strategy, sales development, client engagement, and operational oversight

2️⃣ Develop & lead a high-performing team

Build and nurture your team with strong cultural leadership, hands-on coaching, and a sharp recruiting and sales strategy

3️⃣ Own the budget – financial leadership

About You

• Proven experience in the staffing industry, ideally within one of our core verticals — with either leadership experience or the clear drive and readiness to step into a leadership role.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. You think like an owner and take pride in building something meaningful.
• Skilled in coaching and developing others, with a people-first leadership style that motivates and inspires.
• A confident problem-solver who’s at their best when navigating team dynamics or solving client challenges.
• Comfortable with P&L ownership, performance metrics, and goal-setting — or excited to learn and take that on.
