This role is part of the Slack Customer Success team, focused on guiding customers to launch Slack successfully, achieve adoption, and realize business value. Your Role Advise and guide a variety of customers to ensure successful Slack adoption and ongoing business value. Serve as the trusted point of contact for Slack’s strategic key customers across the lifecycle, acting as coach, project manager, consultant, and product specialist to identify needs and mentor customers on Slack usage. Your Impact Empathize with the customer experience and prioritize their needs. Accelerate adoption, maturity, and growth across Slack’s largest customers while delivering measurable business value. Understand customer motivation, business drivers, strategic goals, and desired outcomes for your portfolio. Guide customers on how Slack can improve communication, collaboration, and productivity. Prioritize portfolio activities to drive growth and retention. Lead cross-functional partnerships and identify new ways the platform can differentiate them in the market. Maintain high engagement and satisfaction to foster loyalty. Craft joint customer success plans with scope, goals, timelines, success metrics, and mitigation strategies for advocacy, expansion, and retention. Facilitate workshops on best practices, sponsorship, governance, operating model, adoption, champions networks, platform maturity, and adoption techniques. Facilitate Executive Business Reviews with economic decision makers and Slack executives to share value realized and course-correct when needed. Contribute to a library of customer success assets and thought leadership materials. Minimum Requirements Passion for the future of work and positively impacting the working lives of people in large organizations. Strong leadership, priority management, and high emotional intelligence in a demanding role. Proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments and take initiative. Relevant experience in customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting; SaaS experience preferred. Strength in program management and experience using joint sponsorship to meet deadlines in a sophisticated organization. Ability to build trust and communicate with a broad range of stakeholders, including C-Suite, senior executives, business owners, Slack admins, developers, and end users. Experience cultivating and owning VP+ executive sponsor relationships. Diplomacy and poise under pressure when addressing customer issues. Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment and ability to partner with Account Executives on sales opportunities is preferred. Additional Requirement 3+ years of experience with Slack as a workplace tool, product specialist, guide, or advisor.
