A NEW CHICAAGO BASED RESTAURANT CHAIN IS SEEKING A VEGAN (ONLY) EXECUTIVE CHEF TO HEAD UP THE THE CREATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A VEGAN EXCLUSIVE PLANT-BASED MENU BASED ON KOREAN AND ASIAN TRADITIONAL MENUS AND RECIPES.

This career path involves menu creation, meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and kitchen organization, requiring strong culinary skills and a passion for vegan cuisine. . 

Key aspects of the excutive vegan chef -

• Customized Menus: Tailoring vegan meals to specific dietary needs, preferences, and nutritional goals. 
• High-Quality Ingredients: Sourcing fresh, seasonal, and ethically produced vegan ingredients in Chicagoland 
• Personalized Service: Providing a convenient and tailored dining experience in the restaurant or through home delivery. 
• Kitchen Management: Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper food storage and inventory. 
• Menu Development: Creating innovative and delicious vegan dishes 
• Business Skills: Managing finances, marketing services, and building a client base. 

REQUIREMENTS-

• Culinary Education:F ormal culinary training, particularly in plant-based cuisine, can be beneficial. 

• Experience: ---Minimum of 5 years --Work in vegan restaurants and/or catering companies, 

• Build a Portfolio:

  Create a website or online presence showcasing your culinary skills and experience, including photos of your dishes.
