Job Description

Role: Scrum Master Junior

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Role Overview:
The Junior Scrum Master will support Agile teams by assisting with Scrum ceremonies, task tracking, and process adherence while gaining hands-on experience in an enterprise government environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and team coordination.
• Track tasks, action items, and dependencies using Jira .
• Maintain documentation and reports via SharePoint .
• Identify blockers and escalate issues appropriately.
• Support projects leveraging Microsoft Azure services.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Up to 3 years of experience in an Agile/Scrum or coordination role.
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Familiarity with Jira and SharePoint .
• Exposure to Azure ; PowerApps is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
• US Citizenship required .
