**This is a hybrid position located in Red Bank, NJ**

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee complex, multi-faceted projects from initiation through completion. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strategic, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Experience supporting projects within the energy and utilities sector is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Coordinate and oversee multiple project workstreams, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, schedules, and status reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external partners
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation strategies and escalation plans as needed
• Facilitate regular project meetings, document action items, and ensure accountability across teams
• Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and metrics
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support process improvements and best practices to enhance project efficiency and outcomes

• Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager managing complex projects with multiple components
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Experience in energy, utilities, or related industries is preferred
