What You’ll Do:
- Oversee production, quality, and on-time delivery
- Lead Lean and CI efforts to boost efficiency
- Build and mentor a strong, accountable team
- Own plant P&L and drive cost improvements
- Partner with supply chain to optimize flow and reduce waste
What You Bring:
- Expert manufacturing leadership of assembly operations
- Track record of turning around or scaling operations
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and managing budgets
- Grit, hustle, and real leadership chops
- Above average mentoring/coaching skills
