Job Description



All Care Therapies is currently seeking a Physician Liaison  to work part-time  in  Katy, TX. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, patients, and medical professionals, promoting our medical services, and driving sales within the healthcare industry. Your exceptional communication skills, extensive medical knowledge, and ability to cultivate relationships will be crucial in successfully achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and tactics to promote our medical services to physicians and medical professionals.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with physicians, patients, medical professionals, and key decision-makers within physician practices, medical groups, and health plans through regular communication, office visits, and networking events.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our medical service, and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and application to physicians, medical professionals, family members, and patients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to physicians and medical professionals, highlighting the value and effectiveness of our technology and services.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of physicians, medical professionals, patients, and families to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations to meet specific clinical or service needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for physicians, families, patients, and medical professionals, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer service teams to provide valuable feedback and insights from the field to drive product improvement and enhance the customer, clinician, and patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the healthcare industry, including new treatments, technologies, and regulations, and utilize this knowledge to drive sales and effectively communicate with physicians and medical professionals.
  • Effectively and strategically prioritize efforts and resources based on knowledge of speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy services services with a strong understanding of territory dynamics and the marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred 
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (such as Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or Business) is preferred. Previous two years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and industry trends is essential to effectively communicate and engage with physicians and medical professionals.
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships, identify customer needs, and close sales deals. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills are crucial.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly and concisely. Active listening skills are essential to understand customer needs and address inquiries effectively.
  • A self-starter who can work independently, set and achieve sales targets, and demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using company CRM software, Google, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and communication tools.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel to medical offices, hospitals, and conferences as needed to meet with physicians, patients, and medical professionals.
  • Possess a professional business understanding of the insurance and managed care marketplaces, reimbursement process, and procedures.
