Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Medical Assembler II for a leading medical device company in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth. Temp-to-hire with great opportunities for career growth Work with a well-established company in the medical device industry Dynamic team environment and advancement potential What You'll Do: Follow manufacturing instructions to assemble products Record data and maintain build records for product assembly Communicate with Leads and Supervisors regarding material, process, or procedural issues Collaborate with engineers and supervisors on special assembly requests Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, and company policies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in medical device assembly Ability to work with microscopes, vision systems, and related automated equipment Basic math skills and knowledge of measuring techniques (scales, rulers, US and metric) Ability to work with chemicals and follow safety protocols Ready to Get Started?
