RR46 is looking for a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn Junior Web Developer to join our Digital Services team in our Fargo, ND office. This role centers on front-end development within a WordPress environment, turning Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and maintainable websites. You’ll work closely with our design and development teams to bring digital experiences to life, while also keeping client websites fresh and functional through regular updates and ongoing maintenance. What You’ll Do Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive HTML/CSS integrated within WordPress Work with our custom WordPress component system to style and build reusable site elements Perform content updates, layout tweaks, and styling changes through WordPress CMS Handle ongoing site maintenance: plugin updates, bug fixes, speed optimizations Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience with WordPress, particularly theme customization and page templates Comfort working from design files (Figma preferred) Proactive mindset and a willingness to learn new tools and best practices Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills What Sets You Apart Experience with website builders like Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify Familiarity with version control systems (Git is a plus) Basic PHP knowledge and understanding of WordPress theme development Previous agency or freelance experience juggling multiple client websites Location of Work, Compensation & Benefits Location of work: Fargo, ND; no relocation stipend is available.
