Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year
A bit about us: We're looking for a Founding UX Designer to join our fast-growing, AI-driven startup backed by Index Ventures and Y Combinator. Fresh off a $16M Series A, were building the first-of-its-kind multi-channel AI platform, designed specifically for the logistics industry.
Our product empowers freight brokers and carriers to scale faster. As our first design hire, youll play a foundational role in shaping the user experience, product design, and design culture from the ground up. Youll collaborate closely with the founding team to define intuitive interfaces that make powerful technology feel effortless.
This is a hybrid-remote role with 23 days per week in our San Francisco office.

Job Details A leader who can push the boundaries in AI-first UI/UX
You operate with scale in mind while designing systems.
Experience working on a web-first product
Background in useability and passionate about making workflows easy for the user
5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design for complex, data-heavy products (ideally B2B SaaS).
Proven ability to lead and own the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI.
Strong grasp of design systems, usability principles, and creating scalable, accessible interfaces.
Ability to conduct or interpret user research and testing to inform and iterate on design decisions.
Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area for a hybrid schedule (23 days/week in-office).
