The Role:
You will oversee all front-end sales operations, including leadership of a large sales staff, desking, inventory management, and customer engagement. This is a high-accountability role with high rewards for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a 30+ person sales team to hit volume, gross, and CSI goals.
Desk deals quickly and profitably while supporting strong F&I performance.
Manage inventory, appraisals, and turn rates with precision.
Monitor and drive CRM usage, lead response times, and appointment conversions.
Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales professionals.
Maintain a strong customer-first culture while maximizing profitability.
Qualifications:
5+ years of automotive sales management experience.
Success in high-volume operations (200+ units/month preferred).
Strong desking, F&I, and CRM skills.
Leadership style: results-driven, no excuses, team-focused.
High-energy, thrives under pressure, solutions-oriented.
