Job Title: Fin crime Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC(Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description:
Require a Business Analyst to actively participate in and support the end-to-end phases of the software development cycle, and drive strategic work across the development of the Enterprise and LOBs as necessary to maintain and deliver business solutions
• 10+ years’ experience in a business analysis function, with expertise working with different technologies and Line of Business areas
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and analysis, and translating business requirements into solution design proposals
• Knowledge/experience in Global Financial Crimes
• Experience with applications on the Pega BPM platform preferred, but not required
• Experience in Project Management, or performing PM functions across large-scale initiatives
• Strong experience in performing and supporting testing as part of various phases/cycles
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive dialog with senior business stakeholders globally
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to present findings to Business users appropriately
• Strong experience working in Agile Scrum methodology
Required Skills:
Highly experienced Business with extensive experience in all facets of the software development lifecycle, as well as demonstrated experience in Project Management. Strong background in data analysis/mapping. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven capability of producing high quality, clear, business-friendly items of work (agile stories, specifications, etc.) that can also be easily interpreted by technology peers. This role also requires regular interaction with LOB executives and business users.
