Job Description
TSW Enterprises is seeking a motivated, self-starting Entry-Level Web Traffic & Engagement Coordinator to help increase visibility, engagement, and user traffic across all TSW-owned digital platforms. This individual will work closely with our development team and leadership to implement strategies that boost traffic to our websites and ensure our products reach their intended audiences.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or intern-level candidate with a passion for digital marketing, social media, or tech startups.
Responsibilities:
Assist in executing digital strategies to drive traffic across all TSW websites
Utilize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote new content and website features
Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and other tracking tools
Collaborate with the development team to understand new launches or features to promote
Post blog content, social updates, and newsletters in support of engagement goals
Research and identify new ways to increase online visibility and drive SEO
Participate in campaign brainstorming, calendar planning, and reporting meetings
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Passion for online engagement, digital trends, and social media
Strong written communication and creativity for crafting social content
Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Canva, Hootsuite, or Mailchimp (a plus)
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or paid advertising (preferred but not required)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Current college student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
