We’re looking for Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associates to represent national brands at live events, in-store promotions, and local outreach campaigns. You’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and sales strategy—all while being mentored and trained for leadership .
Execute live marketing events, retail promotions, and branded pop-up activations
Represent clients at retail locations and community outreach events
Engage customers face-to-face , educate them about brand offerings, and build strong connections
Assist in lead generation, customer acquisition , and brand awareness efforts
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and campaign performance goals
Participate in ongoing training and development focused on sales strategy and leadership
Gather customer insights to help improve campaign messaging and performance
Local candidates preferred; immediate availability is a plus
High school diploma or GED required (college coursework a bonus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Comfortable in public-facing, high-energy environments
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and growth mindset
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
