Every Word Code is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Kansas City. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and enthusiastic about supporting customers and internal operations. You will play a key role in ensuring positive customer experiences by providing timely assistance and handling inquiries professionally.
Responsibilities
Provide direct support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
Assist with processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and resolving basic issues
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
Help identify and report common customer concerns to improve processes
Follow company procedures and represent the brand in a professional manner
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with office software
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
