Due to an upcoming retirement after 35 years of practice, this award-winning hospital is looking for a family medicine (FM) physician to join their thriving provider team.

Opportunity Details:
Join a team of 6 primary care physicians who enjoy collaborating and taking a teamwork approach to patient care
4-day work with flexible hours
Outpatient only unless interested in incorporating inpatient rounds
Ability to incorporate your specific clinic interest, like women's health, holistic medicine, chronic condition management, office procedures, scopes, and more

Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed Base Salary + Competitive wRVU earnings = $360,000+ in proven earning potential
$210,000 Recruitment Package built based on your needs
Comprehensive benefits package, including fully covered health insurance for you and your family, 8 weeks PTO, IPERS retirement plan (9.5% match), and much more
Public Service Loan Forgiveness Eligible and NHSC Site for an additional $75,000 in student loan repayment
