Responsibilities:
- Work with sellers and strategize on project implementation after contracts are signed.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Requires construction industry experience, particularly in fence and gate installation, for ordering and handling materials.
- Manage materials requests, ordering, and work with yard lead to maintain inventory.
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of installation jobs.
- Utilize computer skills to work with CRM, Google Sheets, and other necessary software.
- Display excellent communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Collaborate with other sales and operational team members to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the construction, fencing, or gate installation industry is highly preferred.
- Proven project management experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Excellent vendor relationship management.
Skills:
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish/Ukranian) are a plus for communicating with a diverse customer base
- Experience in outside sales or account management is beneficial
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus for managing customer information
- Project management and time management.
