We are looking for a Clinical Training Specialist who will provide comprehensive educational support to patients starting self-administered infusion therapies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Offer educational support to patients on infusion techniques and ensure they are connected to necessary support services.

• Deliver disease state and product education to Healthcare Professionals as per the guidelines.

• Present tailored educational programs to Healthcare Professionals based on their specific needs.

• Collaborate with the client sales team to identify and address patient access barriers.

• Provide updates to Healthcare Professionals regarding patient progress related to educational support.

• Utilize only approved educational materials, adhering strictly to company policies.

• Complete mandatory training and competency assessments within designated timelines.

• Build and nurture relationships with key healthcare customers.

• Continuously seek innovative strategies for partnership development.

• Ensure timely completion of all required administrative tasks, including updates and reports.

• Maintain professional registration and adhere to state licensing requirements.

• Attend relevant meetings and conferences to expand knowledge and share experiences.

• Manage company equipment and materials according to guidelines.

• Comply with all company and client policies and procedures.

• Be available during working hours to respond to queries.

• Possess a valid US driver's license and report any infractions immediately.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with an active state license.

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Allergy-Immunology preferred.

• Experience as a clinical educator or in pharmaceutical sales is advantageous.

• Product education experience is necessary (e.g., MOA, infusion protocols).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present effectively to varied audiences.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

• Demonstrable organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proactive self-starter with a commitment to professional development.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
