SINT is a Confidential AI OS that turns any Web2/3 product into an autonomous powerhouse: voice-first agents, MCP-native integrations, cross-chain DeFi, automation, and 3D AI/UX all powered by privacy-preserving compute and tokenized incentives.

Were now seeking a hands-on CTO / Co-Founder to build shoulder-to-shoulder with our CEO, own the tech vision, and scale SINT into a category-defining platform. This is not a CTO for hire roleits ownership .

This is not chatbot land. Youll be architecting the sovereign agent layer for the next internet.

You

• Track record of impact : exits in Web2/Web3 or built key systems at Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Google , or equivalent.
• Founder DNA : youve owned 01, hired A+ engineers, and shipped v1 under real constraints.
• Architect + operator : can design clean, secure, horizontally scalable systems while coding day one.
• Mission-driven : want to build, not maintain; ready to start equity/token-first until funding milestones.
• Talent magnet : able to recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class global team .

What Youll Own

• Architecture & Security : confidential compute, agent runtime, sandboxing, governance.
• Tooling & MCP : standardize adapters for chains, wallets, SaaS, APIs.
• Cross-Chain & Payments : custody logic, risk rails, policy-controlled flows.
• AI/LLM Systems : retrieval, orchestration, evals, cost/latency optimization.
• Hiring & Culture : build a top-tier, distributed engineering org.
• Compliance : privacy, KYC/AML rails, auditability, security posture.

Useful Experience Signals

• Infra : AWS (Lambda, EKS/ECS), observability, GitOps, Terraform/CDK.
• Web3 rails : multi-chain RPC, Solana + EVM, wallet/custody flows.
