Salary:
VandenBerghe Properties, Inc currently has a position available for a full-time Leasing Agent at the Bordeaux House Apartments.
Mandatory: Knowledge of RealPage products including OneSite, ActiveBuilding, and Easy LMS. However, willing to train the right person with office experience.
The ideal candidate would have the following skills:
Previous Leasing Agent experience.
Strong marketing and promotional styles.
Strong written and telephone communication.
Highly organized with good documentation skills and ability to multitask.
Solid understanding of property manager roles.
Team player, who works well with others.
