Service Advisor Manager – Automotive Repair Shop
We’re looking for a Service Advisor Manager to oversee daily workflow, deliver top-notch customer service, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day repair shop operations and staff performance
- Build strong customer relationships and handle service inquiries
- Monitor budgets, sales, and shop profitability
- Promote maintenance packages and warranties
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Manager, Store Manager, or similar role
- MUST have independent shop experience, dealership only candidates will not be considered.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of repair processes, parts, and shop software
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to multitask
- Associates or bachelors degree preferred.
