About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Executive Director for Facility and Venue Management. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including front and back of house services, event production, maintenance, engineering, custodial services, audio-visual services, safety, security, and emergency preparedness. This role involves ensuring that all events are executed professionally, maintaining positive relationships with tenants and the public, and making recommendations to improve organizational procedures and programs. The Associate Executive Director will also be responsible for the hiring, training, and scheduling of facility staff, as well as representing the company in a professional manner at various meetings and conferences. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 7 years of direct supervisory experience, and proficiency in MS Office programs. The role requires the ability to work an event-driven schedule, strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a commitment to integrity and trust. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a proven track record of leadership. Responsibilities also include financial management, policy development, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. The position demands a high level of cognitive and reasoning ability, as well as the physical capacity to perform the necessary tasks.
