SUMMARY OF ROLE: The MDS Coordinator (RN) plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with the state and federal requirements and the policies and goals of the facility.
